Can I order a custom size?
Yes — we offer custom sizes. Please contact us at info@tolotunpethouse.shop with your dog's measurements and we'll provide a quote.
Please note that all size measurements listed on our product pages are exterior dimensions. Interior dimensions are typically 2–3 inches smaller on each side due to the panel thickness. If you need specific interior dimensions, please mention this clearly when placing your custom order and we will build accordingly.
Important: Custom-sized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly built relative to the confirmed order specifications.
How strong and durable are the crates?
Our crates are built to last. Depending on the model, we use either 10mm (3/8") or 15mm (5/8") premium plywood panels.
Our 15mm (5/8") models are exceptionally sturdy — strong enough to support a TV unit on top, and capable of bearing significant weight (tested to support over 90kg / 200 lbs). These crates are designed as real furniture, not just pet accessories.
We also offer models designed for versatile placement:
- Nightstand-style crates — perfect for placing beside your sofa or bed
- Corner crates — specifically designed to fit into corners, making them ideal for smaller spaces or open-plan living areas

Is this crate suitable for indoor use?
Yes. This crate is designed as furniture, made to blend seamlessly into modern interiors while providing a comfortable and safe space for your dog.
Are the paints and finishes used safe for pets?
Yes. All finishes used on our dog crates are non-toxic and pet-safe once fully cured. We use water-based wood oils that are free from harmful chemicals, making them safe for your dog to be around.
Is the wood sustainably sourced?
Our crates are made from high-quality plywood panels produced in accordance with industry standards. We prioritize durable, responsibly manufactured materials in our production process.
How do I clean and maintain the crate?
Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. For scratches or wear over time, the surface can be lightly sanded and re-oiled to restore its original appearance.
Is assembly required? What tools do I need?
Yes, all crates arrive in flat-pack form for safe international shipping. Most of our crates are designed for tool-free assembly and can be put together by hand in minutes. Some models require an Allen key, which is included in the package. Each part is clearly labeled to make assembly as straightforward as possible. If you'd like additional guidance, we also have assembly video instructions available upon request — just contact us and we'll send them over.
Is the crate suitable for all dog breeds?
Our crates come in multiple sizes to accommodate different breeds. Please refer to the size guide in the product images or contact us for personalized size recommendations.

How long does production and delivery take?
Each crate is made to order in our Antalya workshop. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by international shipping with full tracking provided.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard products. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Please note: Custom or non-standard size orders are made to order based on your specific measurements and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed specifications.

For U.S. customers: Approved returns can be sent to our U.S. return address, which will be provided upon approval.
For international customers: Please contact us directly — we will assess your case and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Custom or non-standard size orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
